This is the second of a series of five articles that will explain the enhancements to Oracle CRM On Demand in Release 25 (R25). This article’s focus is on the updates to CRM Analytics.

Opportunity and Contacts analysis Many-to-many relationships can now be reported on. For instance, you can create reports based on the Opportunity Contact History and Opportunity Contacts.

Solutions Reporting in Analytics The many-to-many relationship between Solutions and Related Objects can now be reported on. For example, you can create a report on Solutions and Service Requests.

Analytics for New Custom Fields Analytics have been added to five new optimized custom fields and five new optimized checkboxes available in Assessment, Campaign, Lead, Opportunity Product Revenue, and Product. Additionally, custom note fields have been added to Opportunity and Custom Objects 1-15.

EVALUATE () function is disabled in reporting If you have reports that reference this function you will see an error.

Print and PDF controls are now available to users while designing reports Users can now set page orientation, page size, headers and footers.

Analytics Dashboards can now be restricted based on user roles Administrators can limit visibility to a Dashboard by adding up to 25 Roles to the configuration.
