MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA - May 29, 2014 -- We are excited to announce two new features in CleanCRM that are designed to ease administrative tasks:

1. The ability to use an external CSV list of record IDs to dedupe your CRM. 2. The ability to concatenate the data in specific fields for duplicate sets.

External Record IDs The ability to use an external list of record IDs as the list to dedupe is our first new feature. You can create lists or reports based on sophisticated filters and export them as a CSV. Then, simply point CleanCRM to the file. The benefits to this approach include the flexibility to work outside of your CRM for list modification, improved list access, and the circumvention of public list creation to keep your lists private.

Users now have the ability to go directly to a detail page when searching from the action bar if only one record is returned If your search returns one result, you will be brought to that record's detail page. This is configurable by user through the Personal Action Bar Layout. This simple step will save you clicks and get you to your record more quickly.

We have been very busy, and we have a lot to tell you in this week’s blog post. ActivePrime is excited to announce the launch of two new products:

  • CleanImport imports files into your CRM without creating duplicates.

  • CleanCSV cleans up and deduplicates external CSV files using our fuzzy logic.

CleanImport CleanImport is a great way to import CSV files into your CRM without creating duplicates. It is perfect for dealing with trade show lists or registration files, and it is available for both salesforce.com and Oracle CRM On Demand platforms. To identify duplicates, CleanImport uses the same powerful, fuzzy logic you’ve come to rely on.

Book and Book Users are now audited

As an administrator, you can now monitor any changes made to Books and Book Users, such as hierarchy and membership.

For example: A territory owner was promoted and a new owner was assigned to the records. You will have access to a history of adding a new owner to the Book and removing the old owner from the Book.
